# Meet ReefnBid-AI, your question answering assistant

There is an assistant in the community that can answer questions about how ReefnBid works. It is called ReefnBid-AI and anyone can use it, including a brand new account.
## How to use it
Mention `@ReefnBid-AI` in a post and ask your question in plain language. A new topic or a reply both work. It answers in the thread, usually within a minute.
For example:
> `@ReefnBid-AI` how do I know if I won an auction?
> `@ReefnBid-AI` when does the seller charge my card?
## What it is good for
Bidding, listing, payments, shipping, disputes and the community rules. It answers from what is written in the ReefnBid Academy, so if something is not documented yet it will say so rather than guess.
## What it cannot do
It cannot see your account, your bids or your orders. If you need someone to look at a specific order, it will point you to a member of staff.
