During onboarding you set your shipping rates and the days you ship. These apply to all of your orders and show up in your listings, so buyers know the cost and timing before they bid. You need these in place before you can start listing.
Your default shipping rate
Enter the standard amount you charge per order, for example 50 dollars. This is what buyers pay for shipping unless a special rate applies.
The days you ship
Choose which days of the week you send orders out, for example Monday through Wednesday. By default an order ships on your next available day after the auction ends. Buyers can ask for a different date, but only from the days you have made available.
Special rates by location
You can offer cheaper shipping to certain states. For example, you might set a lower rate for nearby states. Just enter the special rate and pick the states it applies to. This step is optional.
Free local pickup
If you let buyers pick up in person at no charge, turn this on. Be sure to spell out your pickup location and instructions in your Seller Policy.
